Robert leads Dentons’ international arbitration team in Hong Kong and has been involved in a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholder and joint venture disputes, private equity disputes and fraud. As well as acting as counsel, Robert is regularly appointed as arbitrator and is a member of the panels and lists of several institutions including the HKIAC. Robert is ranked as a leading individual for Arbitration and Litigation by Chambers and Partners, as a Recommended Lawyer for both Arbitration and Litigation by Legal 500 and is listed in Who’s Who Legal’s Global Guide to Arbitration. Robert was named as International Lawyer of the Year at the Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific Awards 2024 and as one of the Litigators of Asia 2024 by Asian Legal Business.
