Maritime Cruise

the IPBA Maritime Law Committee have arranged a private yacht cruise of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan on the 22nd of April 2025.

The boat will leave the pier at 7:00pm for a 3-hour cruise. The fee to join us on this exciting excursion is USD185 per person, which includes transportation to and from the Conference venue hotel (Marriott Marquis), beer, wine and appetizers.

Buses will leave the Marriott Marquis Chicago at about 6:30pm and take you to the pier. The bus capacity is per 50 persons maximum, so be sure to check the box on the registration form if you want to take the bus. If you wish to take another form of transportation, please be advised that the distance from the conference hotel to the dock is about 20 minutes depending on traffic.

The boat cannot accommodate everyone inside the lower cabin, so in the event of cold weather please dress accordingly.
