Ms. Prodigalidad’s construction law experience covers transactions and disputes. She led the drafting of the Construction Contract and Project Contract Conditions, based on the FIDIC EPC template, for the Philippine South Metro Manila Skyway Stage 2 Project and continues to advise clients on their construction and accessory agreements.

For disputes, she is an advocate and a neutral. Ms. Prodigalidad is an arbitrator of the Philippine Construction Industry Arbitration Commission. She has decided disputes involving, among others, vertical and horizontal projects and design-build-operate contracts. She is a dispute board adjudicator with certification from the FIDIC Academy. Currently, she is the sole DB member of two Philippine projects using FIDIC templates.

Ms. Prodigalidad is a founder of the Society of Construction Law in the Philippines, where she is council member and corporate secretary.

She obtained her law degree from the University of the Philippines and her master of laws degree from Harvard Law School.
