Romanee’s practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial law, including international and Chinese domestic investment and trade, M&A, corporate compliance and dispute resolution. She has also gained extensive legal experience in construction and unmanned aerial vehicle application. The amount involved in the international projects and cases that she has worked for is nearly USD 800 million.
