His practice focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, acquisitions, investments and divestitures. He has worked with leading domestic and foreign corporations, sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors, financial sponsors, governmental institutions and venture capital funds in complex transactions in a range of industry sectors, including financial services, information technology, e-commerce and retail, manufacturing, fintech, insurance, and real estate (IT parks, residential and education infrastructure).

He has advised clients on key aspects of share acquisitions and disposals, asset purchases and business transfers, including entry and exit strategies; deal structuring; finalising term sheets; buy-side and vendor due diligence; drafting and negotiating transaction documents; working with representations & warranties insurers, and providing advice on regulatory applications (including with the Reserve Bank of India and the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India).
