Seetharaman is a co-founder of Sarvada Legal and a specialist in international trade and WTO Laws. His practice areas include trade remedy investigations, SPS and TBT notifications, regulatory practice, CBAM and ESG, Free Trade Agreements, Customs, Competition Law and Insolvency. He is also a seasoned litigator.  He has represented India before the Dispute Settlement Body in several WTO disputes. Before starting his legal practice, Seetharaman was a senior civil servant and held positions such as Deputy Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance, Government of India and Deputy Secretary in the Union Public Service Commission.
