Björn Otto is a certified employment lawyer and partner of international law firm CMS. A main focus of Björn’s practice is on transformation projects, outsourcing and restructuring as well as privatization and insolvency specific employment law. Björn has particular expertise in the fields of (national and international) boardroom codetermination, matrix structures of multinationals, the establishment of compliance structures, European and SE (Societas Europaea) Works Council issues and cross-border reorganization projects. Also, Björn regularly advises on the implementation of AI-, HR-, ERP- and other IT-systems and (cloud-based) software solutions.

Björn is a member of the German bar and a long-standing member and former Vice Chair of the IPBA’s Employment & Immigration Law Committee.
