Doil Son is appointed as Managing Partner of Yulchon LLC, effective February 1, 2025. He leads the firm’s strategic expansion and industry-focused approach, particularly in emerging technologies. He also serves as Head of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group, specializing in M&A, data privacy, ICT, and cybersecurity.

With extensive experience advising multinational tech companies, financial institutions, and e-commerce platforms, Mr. Son is a recognized expert in AI, big data, fintech, and healthtech. He serves on government advisory committees and holds leadership roles in the the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and International Bar Association (IBA) and.
