Francisco advises both strategics and private equity firms on domestic and cross-border strategic transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and equity financings. Francisco’s work spans various industries, with a focus on hard assets. He has significant experience in high-profile deals, such as Sixth Street’s majority investment in Caliche’s Development Partners, a company focused on operation of natural and industrial gas storage assets, ABB’s $2.9 billion divestiture of its mechanical power transmission division to RBC Bearings and Danaher Corporation’s $21.4 billion acquisition of GE’s biopharma business.

Francisco is also a member of the V&E’s AI task force and serves as a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he teaches an inaugural seminar exploring how generative AI can be used in the M&A process. He holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
