Nini is a founding partner of HHR Lawyers and leads its Corporate, Investment, and M&A Practice Group. With over 30 years of experience, she has structured numerous foreign investment projects, making her a trusted advisor to international clients entering the Indonesian market. Her expertise spans Trade & Competition, Intellectual Property, and Manpower & Industrial Relations.
Beyond lawyering, Nini has held leadership roles in global legal networks, including as: a Board Member of MERITAS, Jurisdicational Council Member for Indonesia and Committee Coordinator of the IPBA, and Secretary General of the Indonesian Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants. Currently, she serves as General Treasurer of one of the Indonesian Bar and Secretary of IPMI Institute Foundation. She also sits on the Board of Commissioners in a couple of companies, leveraging her deep legal and business acumen to drive strategic growth.
