Mr. Henry Huang is a partner with Grandall Law Firm.  He is based in Shanghai and Hong Kong.  He has rich experience in the following areas: cross-border investment and financing, M&A, financial service innovation, commercial dispute resolution.

Mr. Huang acts as arbitrator and counsel in a number of first tier arbitration institutions, these institutions include: CIETC, BAC, SHIAC, SCIA, HKIAC, SIAC.

Mr. Huang is an Independent Director of AIA Life Insurance Co., Ltd.  He is a Vice President at Shanghai Bar Association, and also a Deputy Director at Foreign Related Committee, All China Lawyers Association.
