A Franco-Maltese national, Rodolphe specialises in international commercial arbitration, investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS), government negotiations, mediation, and public international law. He divides his time between Asia-Pacific (Japan, Taiwan, Australia), Western Europe (France, Switzerland), and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Rodolphe sits as an arbitrator, mediates, and advises parties in high-stake cross-border disputes, projects, and transactions in a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. In addition to energy, resources, and infrastructure, he has a specific focus on outer space activities and esports. He notably advises Iceland Space Agency and has been one of the driving forces behind the creation of ESIC’s and WIPO’s joint International Games & Esports Tribunal (IGET), which he now co-directs.

Rodolphe also has experience handling international trade disputes (WTO) and award enforcement & execution proceedings, including against sovereign states.
