Ms. Xinyan Jiang specializes in dispute resolution for commercial matters. Ms. Jiang has extensive experience in domestic and international litigation and arbitration cases across contract, corporate, equity, trade, construction, data privacy, personal information protection, antitrust and competition law, serving industries such as automobile, internet, construction, finance, investment, fashion and manufacturing. Ms. Jiang is familiar with the development in theory and practice of legal issues related to science and technology, new product development, artificial intelligence and driverless cars, and provides cutting-edge legal consulting and dispute resolution services to clients.

Ms. Xinyan Jiang obtained her J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and LL.B degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Ms. Jiang worked at New York State Office of the Attorney General. Ms. Jiang is dual-qualified in China and New York State.
