Mr. Faisal Daudpota, is a lawyer with the experience of more than 27 years and currently works from his firm’s offices in both Karachi and Dubai. He is enrolled before the courts in two countries, i.e. the High Courts in Pakistan, and the DIFC Courts in Dubai, UAE.

Mr. Daudpota is an expert at transactional and contentious matters relating to franchising, intellectual property, information technology, telecommunications, competition, data protection, international trade, investment, and anti-money laundering.

Mr. Daudpota has managed multiple litigations and instructed counsels in more than 27 countries for a range of matters, including but not limited to breach of joint venture agreements, breach of franchising agreements, trademark infringement, and recovery of unpaid due in international trade, domain name arbitrations in Geneva, etc. (a list of select dispute matters is enclosed here).

Mr. Daudpota is on the panel of arbitrators at: Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA); and Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC).
