Her representative filings include Broadcom’s acquisition of VMware, Viterra’s acquisition of Gavilon’s grains and ingredients business, Marriott’s acquisition of Starwood, Dell’s acquisition of EMC, Abbott’s acquisition of St. Jude Medical, Thermo Fisher’s acquisition of Life Technologies, among many other notable transactions.

Ms. Gong is also experienced in defending antitrust investigations on alleged anti-competitive practices in China, as well as providing general antitrust advice, self-audit, and compliance trainings, serving both multinational and domestic companies.

Ms. Gong also provides consulting and filing services related to national security reviews for clients in industries including petrochemicals, software, and information technology, etc..
