Jun is a senior legal adviser at Chapman Tripp, a leading commercial law firm in New Zealand.  He specialises in funds management and financial services regulatory law, and advises clients including banks, fund managers, payment providers and fin-tech startups on all aspects of their licensing, regulatory and compliance obligations.  He is also experienced in advising financial services clients on corporate and commercial matters such as mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.  He has also previously consulted at an AI contract review company, assisting with the testing and development of AI contract review tools.
