Francisco Zappa is a partner in the Corporate/M&A department of Bomchil in Argentina. He was a founding member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. Francisco has an extensive track record in technology-focused M&As and venture capital and advises on a diverse range of corporate and contractual matters, with specific experience in fair trade, consumer protection issues and data protection law. During 2017 he was an international associate at the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and during 2019 he did a secondment in PepsiCo as Legal Head for Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
