Sooksun is a Counsel at Chandler Mori Hamada Limited. His client base is diverse including Thai, Japanese and a broad range of other international clients. Sooksun’s practice includes advising clients on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters including in the renewable energy and ESG sector. This includes cross-border and Thai domestic transactions. He is a contributor to Thai ESG discussions for Slaughter and May. He is also currently contributing to Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP’s thought leadership on ESG. Additionally, Sooksun advises clients on Thai ESG regulations, including clients listed on the stock exchange. He has participated in training sessions on Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) in Thailand, organized by the Business and Human Rights Division, International Human Rights Division, and the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, Ministry of Justice, as well as United Nations Development Programme.
