Marcelo den Toom is a partner at Bomchil, specializing in Corporate, M&A, and Competition Law. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, merger control, antitrust investigations, internal audits, and preventive compliance advice.

He earned his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires in 1993 and holds an LL.M. from the University of Michigan. From 1998 to 1999, he worked as a foreign associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (New York) and Haynes & Boone (Houston). In 2000, he was admitted to the New York State Bar.

Marcelo has taught corporate law at the University of Buenos Aires and currently teaches antitrust law at Universidad Austral.
