Yeong Hui is a Partner at Chooi & Company in Malaysia, specialising in labour and employment law matters.

He regularly appears before the Malaysian courts, representing clients in employment-related claims such as unfair dismissal, breach of confidentiality, restrictive covenants and fraud. Yeong Hui also reviews and drafts various employment documents, including employment agreements, human resource policies, termination and separation agreements, transfer documents and other employment-related documents. Additionally, he routinely advises on these matters, as well as other employment-related issues.

Yeong Hui also handles the employment aspects of mergers & acquisitions, liquidation and restructuring exercises, along with internal investigations, immigration, personal data protection, trade union issues and occupational health & safety compliance matters.
