Harold Berrier was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002. He is currently a partner at YDES  and co-head of the employment practice.

Harold started his career as an associate at August Debouzy, a leading French firm that focuses primarily on international business. Later on, he co-founded and co-managed a boutique firm specializing in employment law: KATZ MENARD BERRIER AVOCATS. In 2020, he joined YDES, a multi-service law firm offering an extensive coverage of the French territory through its four offices.

He advises French and foreign clients on a daily basis in all aspects of French employment law and human resources management. He also provides legal support in all kinds of transactions (M&A, transfer of undertakings…) and restructuring processes (redundancies…).

A seasoned litigator, Harold’s expertise is particularly sought by clients involved in high-stakes employment cases.
