Aaron Barlow, a partner at Jenner & Block’s Chicago office, has for more than 35 years represented parties in complex patent disputes.  Most of his cases have been patent infringement matters, but he also represents parties in inventorship disputes and contractual disputes involving patent ownership and licensing.   His cases involve a wide spectrum of technology, including pharmaceutical, complex biological-based drug products, as well as computer software in a variety of contexts.  He specializes in cases involving either the automotive industry or the pharmaceutical industry.
