Attire

• Wednesday: Business Casual during the day; casual for the evening event. Since the Welcome Reception is outdoors, please bring layers and a jacket—Chicago’s weather can be unpredictable!
• Thursday: Business Casual during the day; Cocktail or Formal wear for the evening.
• Friday: Business Casual during the day; Comfortable cocktail attire for the evening.
• Saturday: Business Casual all day.
• Weather: Expect temperatures to range between the 50s°F (10 – 15°C). Be prepared for possible rain, and even a chance of snow!

Evening Events

Maritime Cruise

(Advanced Purchase required, event is sold out)

Date: Tuesday April 22^nd, 2025
Time: 7:00pm-10:00pm
If you’ve signed up to attend the Maritime Cruise, please meet in the hotel lobby of the Marriott Marquis Chicago at 5:45 PM, as the buses will depart promptly for the dock at 6:00 PM. Due to the tight timeline to board the boat, we will not be able to wait for late arrivals.
Food & Beverage will be provided on board the vessel as you experience Chicago from the river & the lake!
After the boat cruise concludes, transportation will be waiting to return attendees to the Marriott Marquis Chicago.
Dress Code: Casual (dress in layers)
Please note: if you miss the boat, you can take alternative transportation to the dock at 111 N Jean Baptiste Pointe du Sable Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60601. However, the boat will depart promptly at 7:00 PM with or without you!

Welcome Event at Wrigley Field

Date: Wednesday 23^rd, April 2025
Time: 4:00pm – 9:00pm, Gametime 6:00PM
Buses leave from the hotel starting at 3:30PM, the last bus departs from the hotel at 4:30PM
The last bus leaves from the game 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game
